运用理化检测手段,对一大型铸钢支承辊辊颈凹槽部位圆周裂纹进行了解剖取样分析,结果表明:其冒口端辊颈凹槽部位碳、磷含量严重超标、中心碳偏析区内又存在有大量沿晶呈网状分布的一次碳化物和疏松等缺陷,致使晶界严重弱化,是造成铸钢支承辊辊颈凹槽部位在内应力作用下产生圆周裂纹主要原因。
Using physical and chemical detection means, anatomical sampling analysis of the circumferential crack in the groove portion of a large-scale cast steel backup roll was carried out. The results showed that the content of carbon and phosphorus in the groove portion of the riser roll neck exceeded the standard seriously, There are a large number of reticular distribution along the crystal of primary carbides and porosity and other defects, resulting in a serious weakened grain boundaries, is caused by the casting roller backup roller neck groove part of the internal stress generated by the main reason for the circumferential crack.
