The strong oxidation of ozone and the adsorption and catalytic properties of catalyst can be combined in catalytic ozonation, therefore it can solve the problem which the organic matter cannot be completely degraded.More and more attention is paid to the catalytic ozonation.Rare earth oxides have an extensive application in catalytic ozonation because of their special catalytic activity.
