To compare the therapeutic effects of epalrestat and mecobalamine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).We treated48 patients in DPN with Epalrestat and 42 with mecobalamine in this study.Blood sugar ,Blood pressure, Blood fat and Body Mass Index(BMI) have been measured both prior and post to the treatment ,we also measured the MCV and SCV ofnervus medianus ,nervus peronaeus connunis and nervus tibialis with EMG.
