Background To evaluate the Influence of remote home monitoring on the medine therapy for patients with pacemaker or cardioverter defibrillator.Methods Totally 83 patients were in roll form 2009 July to 2012 April in our hospital with implantation of permanent pacemaker or ICD.Doctors received patients information besides daily information and alert events information through Biotronik remote home monitoring system to find that the pacemaker dysfunction,changes of patients condition and atrial,ventricular arrhythrnias,heart failure progression.Considering these information the clinician telephone contact patient adjusting the dose of drugs.
