与无机太阳能电池相比,有机太阳能电池(OSCs)成本较低,因此受到了工业界及学术界的广泛关注.但是,低的能量转换效率阻碍了OSCs的产业化进程[1].激子在有机材料中的扩散长度仅为5-10 nm,只有当活性层的厚度小于或等于激子扩散长度时激子才能有效分离;然而,活性材料的光吸收厚度约为50-100 nm.
