多杀菌素研究进展

@@本实验室从436份土壤中分离出的两株放线菌刺糖多孢菌(Saccharopolyspora spinosa).经对多杀菌素成分分析和杀虫生物活性测定,呈现了较高的杀虫毒力,其中一株已成为国家发明专利菌种(CCTCC M206084)。通过对刺糖多孢菌多杀菌素菌株原生质体进行优化和紫外、60Cor辐射诱变和结合化学诱变,获得了产乙基多杀菌素、正丁基多杀菌素菌株8株。
