Content Analysis of Micro-lecture Preference of Front-line Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools

  Study on micro-lecture preference of front-line teachers in primary and secondary schools has great significance to correctly guide the production and application of micro-lecture.This paper takes Jiangxi Teacher Network click rate ranked top 500 micro-lectures as the research objects,uses content analysis method to analyses micro-lectures content,production technology and resource type.Analysis group is composed by 3 judgers,the overall reliability is 0.957.The study found that the front-line teachers in primary and secondary schools prefer micro-lecture,which mainly in English,mathematics in junior high school stage and Chinese,mathematics in primary school stage.Micro-lecture mostly uses lecture method.Micro-lectures course content prefers learning new textbook course and single lecture on fact based knowledge.Micro-lecture prefers to use the software synthesis method on making.In pre-school,primary school and junior high school stage,microlectures duration is mainly in 4-5 minutes,while in high school stage which is mainly in 3-4 minutes.Micro-lecture prefers to use “text & picture” form.
