Purpose Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.However, the underlying mechanisms are not so clear.In this cross-sectional study, we investigated the influence of OSA on some parameters associated with cardiovascular risk including metabolic syndrome (MetS), inflammation and free fatty acids (FFAs).
