患儿,女,13月.家长发现双眼视力差遂至我院眼科门诊就诊.体格检查:双眼视力检查不合作,眼压Tn;双眼角膜明,前房中深,瞳孔对光反射(+),晶状体透明,眼底黄斑"樱桃红",视网膜平伏.外院电生理检查示:双眼视杆a、b波振幅较正常轻中度降低,右眼a、b波振幅较左眼低;双眼视椎a、b波振幅较正常轻中度降低.右眼P2波略延迟,左眼P2波明显延迟.全身体格检查:四肢和体格发育略慢于同龄儿童,无肝脾肿大.手
