黄瓜单性结果品系EP-6授粉与不授粉处理花后均能正常发育,不授粉处理花后果实的发育显著慢于授粉处理,表现为单果重低、果形短、头部尖细,同时不授粉处理的果肉厚/果瓤厚值显著高于授粉处理;非单性结果品系YD-1、ZQ-1授粉处理果实均能正常发育而不授粉处理大多化瓜或果实发育畸形。从花前2d天至开花当天EP-6子房中IAA、ABA含量与POD活性均高于YD-1、ZQ-1;从开花当天至花后4d的子房(幼果),4个能正常结果的处理,IAA、ABA含量(单果)均上升而POD活性下降,2个未能正常结果的处理IAA、ABA含量(单果)仍维持低水平而POD活性上升。
The results showed that the fruit development of the cucumber uniparental strain EP-6 after pollination and non-pollination treatment could develop normally after anthesis, and the fruit development after anther pollination was significantly slower than that of pollination treatment, which was characterized by low fruit weight, short fruit shape and sharp head, Thickness of fruit flesh / fruit flounder under non-pollination treatment was significantly higher than that of pollination treatment; fruit of non-monosexity fruit lines YD-1 and ZQ-1 could all develop normally without pollination and most of flesh melon or fruit development deformity. IAA, ABA content and POD activity in the ovary of EP-6 from day 2 of flowering to day of flowering were higher than that of YD-1 and ZQ-1. From the day of flowering to the ovary (young fruit) 4 days after flowering, IAA and ABA content (single fruit) increased and POD activity decreased, and two IAA and ABA content (single fruit) remained low and POD activity increased.
