Objective To analysis the relationship between IFG、 IGT and Coronary Heart disease and the extent and severity of coronary artery.Methods 826 in-patients no-diabetic individuals were enrolled.The patients were examined by coronary angiography.They were divided into two groups : group of CAD (n=531) and group of without CAD (n=295).According to FPG and 2hPG level, the patients were divided into three groups: group of norm-glucose (n=367), group of IFG (n=152), group of IGT (n=307) . Results (1) The morbidity of CHD were more frequent in group ofIFG、 IGT (is 67.1% and 72.0%).(2)The narrow severity score, the number of diseased vessels and character scores of coronary artery were more frequent in group of IFG1、 IGT1 than group of norm-glucose1.(3) Multivariable logistic regression analysis suggested that smoking、 IFG、 IGT、 HbA 1 c、 HDL-c、 SBP、 LDL-c were predictors of CHD(P <0.05).(4) IGT、 HbA 1 c、 HDL-c、 SBP、 smoking showed a close correlated with CHD of lesions in statistic analysis(P<0.05).Conclusions Coronary artery lesions of CHD patients with IFG、 IGT are more severe and many patients have mult-vessel lesions and diffuse vessel lesions, and prone to have simultaneously many other risks of CHD.In the IFG、 IGT, the dangerous of CHD were more frequent.
