“全脑血管造影术临床路径”设定的行动学研究

【摘要】

：

目的行动研究法设定"全脑血管造影术临床路径"表方法根据病房护士对患者全脑血管造影术术前一日、术日前、术后护理流程，制定护理记录项目、设计"全脑血管造影术临床路径"表；反思、再设计、再实施、再观察和反思螺旋上升循环方式，制定、修订"全脑血管造影术临床路径"表有效应用于临床。结果制定"全脑血管造影术临床路径"表并应用于临床，达到护理宣教完善，术前护理全面，术后观察、记录简洁。
