　　Lipidomics is a rapidly expanding research field exploring changes in lipid metabolism and pathological processes.Nano-flow liquid chromatography (nLC) combined with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) for phospholipids analysis is known to enhance the discovery of lipids in complex mixtures by separation and highly sensitive detection along with structural identification.
