前哨淋巴结活检术在早期乳腺癌手术中的应用

【摘要】

：

目的:探讨前哨淋巴结活检术(sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB)在早期乳腺癌手术中临床应用,摸索其在基层医院的可行性及准确性.方法:对2011年5月～2011年12月以来收治的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者54侧进行前哨淋巴结活检术(蓝染法)后再行腋窝淋巴结清除术对照性研究[术中前哨淋巴结行快速病理,术后前哨淋巴结行连续切片;腋窝淋巴结行常规病理检查].结果4例患者成功活检例数54
