　　Yunnan province is one of the most substantial geothermal resources in China, and Tengchong is the most concentrated region.According to the previous research results, of which mainly based on archaeal 16S rRNA gene and amoA gene partial sequences, there are existing comparatively abundant ammonia-oxidizing archaeal groups in geothermal region of Tengchong.
