Background Right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) ventricular arrhythmia is a common type of idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias, the mechanism is unclear.Recent reports suggested that it can induce malignant arrhythmias, such as ventricular fibrillation, and even cause sudden death.It will be extremely significant for establishing the timely and effective treatment measures and improving the life quality of patients to clarify the mechanism of the arrhythmia.This study aim to establish an animal model of the right ventricular outflow tract ventricular tachycardia (RVOT-VT), and observe the expression change of L type calcium channel protein α 1 c in the process of RVOT-VT, so that understand the function of ion on the occurrence of the arrhythmia.
