Screening and quantitation of active components in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is challenging due to the diversity of studied compound structures and the complexity of herbal medicine and bio-samples from different origins and species.High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and capillary electrophoresis (CE) are the main separation techniques for the TCM analysis. However, the traditional detections such as UV often involve in boring sample preparation, low sensitivity and poor selectivity.
