体外循环支持下离断大肢体再植手术(附一例病例报道)

【摘要】

：

目的探讨体外循环(ECC)技术应用于离断大肢体再植手术的可行性及临床疗效.方法 1例上臂离断伤病人,采用体外循环技术支持下行离断肢体再植术.结果本例手术和转流时间126 min,回收创面失血1900 ml,远端肢体从损伤至自身供血时间为6小时,手术中血压平稳,手术顺利.ICU置留63 h,肢体功能恢复良好.结论 ECC技术临床应用于离断大肢体手术是可行有效的.
