County towns and rural area consist 90 ％ of mainland China,in which settled 70％ of Chinese population.The generated municipal solid wastes (MSW) are mainly agriculture waste,food waste,stockbreeding waste and some household solid waste,containing larger easy-degradable fraction than urban ones.Little attention has been paid on the management and treatment system of such waste,especially in developing country.
