Introduction, Background & Objectives: Facial clefts are congenital disorders caused by failure or defective fusion of embryonic processes that form different parts of face.The prevalence of cleft patients is very high in third world country like Bangladesh.The objective of the study was to see the prevalence and types of facial clefts in Bangladeshi population as well as to search the way of services delivered to these patients.
