Objective To study the effect of CPTS (compound prescription with turtle shell) on rats with PF (pulmanory interstitial fibrosis) caused by HCL-Bleomycin (BLM) A5.Method 180 male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: sham operation group,model group, positive control group, high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group.After they were given the medicine, ten rats each time were killed respectively in each group on 7th day, 14th day and 28th day.
