  The influence of the design of dual-zone ZoneFlow type structured catalytic reactors (Fig.1) on their performance in natural gas steam reforming under commercial operating conditions is studied by means of detailed Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations, including detailed reaction kinetics.The paper describes the development of a hybrid CFD model that combines a detailed description of the reactor internals in the structured near-wall casing zone with a porous medium type description of the reactor core zone.Specific pressure drop measurements with the reactor core and the complete structure in a sufficiently wide flow rate range are carried out for determining two porous medium model parameters that are introduced and for model validation (Fig.2).

本研究主要针对惠勒式快滤池进行丰水期与枯水期两不同时期之TRI值实场试行以探讨在不同水质情况下之试行结果.藉由实场两个快滤操作好坏差异较大滤池(1号池与2号滤池)在枯水期间(水质变动小)各别的三次滤程比较发现,TRI值皆为在0.5-0.6之间,整体变动性相当稳定,因此TRI值无法有效辨别两者之差异进而反映滤床状况差异,所以不利于作为过滤效能操作指标探讨.于丰水期(或水质变动大)时两滤池之TRI值则
