电网互联后安控适应性及策略重构研究

电网互联可能使得原有区域电网内故障后的安全稳定特性发生新的变化,原有针对区域电网的安控措施可能不再适应,需对控制策略的适应性进行重新评估,控制方案及策略也需重新制定。本文以规划电网互联为例,研究了电网互联后安控措施的适应性,并针对新的潜在相继失稳问题,在量化评估切机和直流调制效果的基础上,从预防控制和紧急控制的角度提出相应的控制策略重构方案。
