Parkinson's disease(PD)is the most common serious movement disorder in the world, and the precise pathogenic mechanisms are still unknown.Since the neural communications are inherently electrical and chemical in nature, dual mode detection neuroelectrical and neurochemical information is essential for PD research. With the development of MEMS/NEMS(Micro-Nano Electromechanical Systems)technology, microelectrode arrays(MEA)modified with nano materials are increasingly approved as effective tool for multichannel neural detection.
