　　Tartary buckwheat bran contains rich mtin.The study used a buckwheat bran extract with ethanol made from tartary buckwheat bran power as sample A,a sample B was prepared with AB-8 resin to purify sample A.The samples were evaluated and compared with butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and vitamin C scavenging activities of DPPH,superoxide anion (O2-·)generated by pyrogallol autooxidation system and hydroxyl free radicals(OH·) generated by Fenton reaction and reductive ability.
