firstly,the high Fischer ratio oligo-peptide from albumen whose molecular weight range from 300 to 700D and Fischer ratio at 47 was enzymolysised for 4~6h in suitable condition by alkaline proteinase(Alcause) and flavor protease,then prepared through 10000D and 1000D ultrafiltration membrane.The targets of hepatic glycogen、SUN、SOD、MDA and GSH-Px were investigated about the trial mice that were intragastriced for 30d from different concentration of high Fischer ratio oligo-peptide from albumen (0%,10%、15%、20%、25%).
