To achieve faster, smaller and lower-power devices, semiconductor spintronics is proposed. Spintronics aims at manipulating the spin degree of freedom of carriers to realize spin-based devices. Since the proposition of spin field effect transistor, spintronics has had magnificent development. Among all these progress and concepts, spin-orbit coupling (SOC) determines both the ability of electrical modulation on spin and the spin relaxation. Consequently, SOC in semiconductor has been a hot area in recent researches.
