Triptolide (TP), a diterpenoid triepoxide from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F, is widely used to treat autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, especially rheumatoid arthritis (RA).However, the detailed molecular mechanism of TP on RA still remains ambiguous.As bioinformatics approach has become a new strategy to predict target proteins, signal pathways and molecular regulating networks affected by drugs, this study therefore aims to investigate the signal pathway TP regulated in RA based on bioinformatics approach.
