　　Objective: Discussion the inhibitory effect of Ad-IL-24 combination with DDP on human lung adenocarcinoma in vivo using multifunction imaging technology;Discussion Ad-IL-24 combination with DDP induced apoptosis in human lung adenocarcinoma cells in vivo.Methods: A549 cell lung cancer xenografts in nude mice by the action of Ad-IL-24, DDP, Ad-IL-24 combination with DDP, the growth of tumors was detected by vivo imaging techniques,and the changes in apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry.
