  陆缘深水区重力流与底流交互作用的过程、响应及动力学机制是海洋沉积学研究的前沿和薄弱环节。在不发育堤岸且持续地向一个方向迁移的深水单向迁移水道内,重力流(包括浊流)和底流(等深流、内波和潮汐底流)同时、同地存在,是重力流与底流交互作用有利的形成发育场所。
