PDCA循环法在检验危急值管理中的应用

目的探讨 PDCA 循环法在检验科危急值管理中的应用及效果。方法对检验科2014 年6-8 月未应用PDCA 循环管理前之2291例危急值和2014 年9-11 月应用PDCA 循环管理后之1801 例危急值进行比较分析。结果经过PDCA 循环管理后危急值产生的总数有所下降，部分危急值项目范围调整后所占的比例较前明显下降。

RDW、PA及CRP对重症监护病房危重患者预后的评估价值

目的：探讨红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、前清蛋白(PA)及C 反应蛋白(CRP)与重症监护病房(ICU)危重患者预后的关系。方法：回顾性分析20l3 年12 月～2014 年12 月间收治我院ICU 的危重症患者95 例，按照预后分为存活组和死亡组，比较两组RDW、CRP、PA 和APACHE Ⅱ评分，并将RDW 和CRP 分别与APACHE Ⅱ评分进行相关性分析，并进行ROC 曲线分析。
