  核苷类药物被广泛用于治疗各种病毒性疾病,具有广阔的应用前景,除了天然核苷产品外,手性碳环核苷被发现具有明显的生理活性.1 因此,发展合成手性碳环核苷的高效合成方法正经引起科研工作者的关注.2 基于我们课题组在手性核苷合成的系列工作,3 本文中,我们发展了以α-嘌呤丙烯酸酯和α-溴代乙酸酯为原料在有机催化剂的作用下,发生的迈克尔引发的不对称催化环丙烷化反应合成手性三元嘌呤碳环核苷类化合物.
