Lead-free K0.5Na0.5NbO3-LiSbO3-BiFeO3 ceramics were prepared by traditional ceramic processing.The "soft" and "hard" doping characteristics of the ceramics were investigated by impedance-frequency spectrum method.Results show that the single BF-doping KNN ceramics show "hard" characteristics, and the BF-doping 0.95KNN-0.05LS ceramics shows "soft" characteristics.Whats more, the single LS-doping KNN ceramics show "soft" characteristics.And LS-doping KNN-BM ceramics also show "soft" characteristics.In a word, the LS and BF co-doping make KNN ceramics to show "soft" and "hard" doping characteristics at the same time.Because the soft doping of LS in KNN is more preponderant than that of BF, the co-doping KNN ceramics show "soft" doping characteristics as a whole.
