Study on the flow field characteristics of dynamic electrochemical machining with the movement anode

  With the development of remanufacturing technology,electrochemical machining (ECM) is increasingly used to repair shaft parts.The flow field of gap and the electric field is the main factor affecting its accuracy,while there is insufficient research for the characteristics of flow field with rotating anode.This paper has been based on the law of static processing,establishing a dynamic process model,using fluent software to study characteristics of dynamic flow field and compare the difference between dynamic flow field and static flow field.At last,a series of experiments was conducted to validate the characteristics of dynamic flow field.The results show that: the role of rotation of the dynamic flow field is mainly reflected in the role of agitation,making the flow field more uniform,and less prone to clogging short circuit,which is benefit for repairing the shaft parts,and can improve the theoretical system of flow field existing.
