　　2004-2015 年间通过国家自然科学基金会地学部的重点项目、中德科学中心(北京)资助的中德合作项目、德国DFG 资助的德中合作项目等课题，对我国灌溉稻田的起源、演变以及相关古今水稻土的质量做了深入的研究.在中德科学家的共同努力下取得了如下重要成果：1.灌溉稻田是距今7 千年前的几次海侵事件前后，部分河姆渡人跨越杭州湾到达太湖平原，在现今的浙北、苏南一带水网密布的杭嘉湖和苏南平原定居，不断地创造出以人工灌溉稻田为依托的马家浜文化、崧泽文化、良渚文化等璀璨的稻作文明.
