The construction of teaching and research team in the university is the key to achieve the integration of teaching and scientific research.A discussion is made of team construction in this paper with an empirical analysis of Teaching and Research Base of Dongping Lake in the Liaocheng University.Based on scientific research projects to promote teaching, teaching and research team is composed of a certain number of teaching and research experts with complementary knowledge and skills who are willing to take mutual responsibility and collaborate with each other for the commen purpose of teaching and research objectives, performance objectives and working methods, as well as some peripheral staff.The experience of the team construction from Teaching and Research Base of Dongping Lake in Liaocheng University is as follows: carefully select team members and team leaders; pay equal attention to teaching and research, and actively develop high-quality School-based Curriculum; build up good academic environment; carry out the performance appraisal system, create a high performing team.
