Objective Analysis the possible mechanism of PI-103, concomitant inhibition of PI3K and mTOR, improving the ovarian cancer SKOV3/DDP cells platinum sensitivity.Methods Cell proliferation test to test ovarian cancer cells growth inhibition rate and ICS0 ; obtain the changes of cell cycle and cell apoptosis in ovarian cancer cells by flow cytometry instrument; Western blot analysis the expression of Cyclin D1, p21, cl-caspase 3, Akt,p-Akt, S6 and pS6.
