共混挤出制备聚合物/单氟磷酸钠阻锈颗粒的释放性能

由于单氟磷酸钠的水溶性较大,使用时常用溶液的方式从建筑外表面渗透进入混凝土内部,其阻锈机理也是利用MFP与钢筋混凝土中的钙或是铁离子反应生成沉淀物,阻止钢筋锈蚀的进一步进行。本论文采用不同用量MFP与两种高聚物聚苯乙烯和聚乙烯共混挤出制备阻锈颗粒,可改变MFP传统渗透的方式为直接掺入混凝土中。熔融共混挤出制备阻锈颗粒可避免微胶囊阻锈剂的复杂制备工艺,提高制备效率,且可方便改变壁材来调节MFP释放速率,具有微胶囊阻锈剂不可比拟的优点。
