本文从全球经济特区的历史演变出发,就经济特区结构、空间、功能及管理维度随宏观经济环境的演变而发生的变化进行了探讨和分析。着重结合所选定国家的经济特区,就经济特区发展特点及其成功的重要因素进行了深入研究。同时,本文重新审视了当代世界经济特区的相关性,在剖析目前经济特区激增的根本原因的基础上,总结了成功的经济特区的经验,并指出成功创立经济特区的关键要素。
Based on the historical evolution of the special economic zones in the world, this paper discusses and analyzes the changes in the structure, space, function and management dimensions of the SEZs with the evolution of the macroeconomic environment. Focusing on the special economic zones in the selected countries, we conducted an in-depth study on the characteristics of the special economic zones and the important factors for their success. At the same time, this paper reexamined the relevance of the SEZs in the contemporary world. Based on an analysis of the root causes of the current SEZs proliferation, this paper summarizes the experiences of successful SEZs and points out the key elements in the successful establishment of SEZs.
