In order to study the droplets deposition and distribution of air-assisted spraying of disk fan used for simulation spray, by setting up three dimensional samples(The acquisition shelf was putted every 0.5 m, and the first one was 0.5 m from the nozzles in the range of spraying, and eight acquisition shelves were used.Every shelf was sampled in three layers: the upside (tallness about 1.8 m), the middle (tallness about 1.5 m), the lower (tallness about 1.2 m) while three samples were putted in every layer, and the sampling interval distance was 0.4 m), by using the solution mixed biological dye of Ponceau-2R with water in concentration of 5mg/L, the droplets deposition and distribution of air-assisted spraying of disk fan in the laboratory was experimentally tested.The spraying coverage was attained by specialized software.Results showed that the droplets deposition was divided into two stages in the range of spraying: sharp decline and slow decline.And the outlet wind velocity had different effects on the droplets deposition and distribution in different sampling heights.On the right side of cards, in the stage of sharp decline, the droplets deposition decreased with the sampling height growing from 1.2 m to 1.8 m, while there was no obvious regularity in the stage of slow decline.On the wrong side of cards, the droplets distribution increased from 1.2 m to 1.8 m in the whole stage.
