7,8-二羟基黄酮逆转精神分裂症模型大鼠认知功能及海马突触可塑性损伤

目的 认知功能损害是精神分裂症独立于阳性和阴性症状的第三大核心症状,对患者社会功能和总体疗效具有重要影响,但目前尚缺乏有效治疗手段.大量研究发现,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其TrkB受体功能异常是精神分裂症认知损害的重要病理基础.7,8-二羟基黄酮(7,8-DHF)是近年来新发现的特异性TrkB受体激动剂,具有良好的血脑屏障通透能力.本研究探讨7,8-DHF对精神分裂症模型大鼠海马相关认知功能及突触可塑性的影响.
