分析多孔纳米人工骨颗粒(n-HAPA66)在修复骨缺损中的效果

  通过实验室生物安全性研究、动物实验、5年临床随访研究分析多孔纳米人工骨颗粒(n-HA/PA66)在修复骨肿瘤缺损中的效果.方法和结果:通过中国国标GB/T16886 和GB/T16175对多孔纳米人工骨颗粒(n-HA/PA66)进行实验室生物安全性研究,结果显示无毒性,无过敏反应,其溶血比率为0.59%(<5%).在动物实验中,建立新西兰兔胫骨缺损模型并植入纳米人工骨颗粒(n-HA/PA66).术后2周,多孔纳米人工骨颗粒(n-HA/PA66)周围见新生骨小梁形成;术后12周,影像学显示缺损区密度与周围正常骨密度一致;术后26周,缺损区成熟骨小梁并重塑为板层骨.
