聚合物纳米粒子对斑马鱼胚胎早期血管发育的影响

  聚合物纳米粒子是由天然或合成高分子制备的直径小于100 nm 的小粒子,其作为抗癌药物载体在新的治疗领域起着十分重要的作用,但作为新兴的高分子材料其安全性有待评估。目的:本研究在于利用模式动物斑马鱼,在体探究不同浓度聚合物纳米粒子mPEG1900-PCl25 对斑马鱼胚胎早期发育特别是早期血管发育的毒性及其机理。方法:用不同浓度的mPEG1900-PCl25 与受精后7-8h(hpf)的斑马鱼胚胎共培养,分别在48、72、96hpf 用体视显微镜观察暴露组与对照组斑马鱼胚胎表型变化,测定胚胎死亡率、孵化率、致畸率和幼鱼死亡率。
