Objective:To evaluate the overall effect of cryopreserved bone-ACL-bone allografis plus endobutton plate fixation in anatomic reconstruction anterior cruciate ligments (ACL) after ACL injury and to estimate the feasibility and validity of the technique.Methods:We carried out a retrospective study on 16 cases with ACL injury of lateral knee joint reconstructed with cryopreserved bone-ACL-bone allografts plus endobutton plate fixation under arthroscopy from September 1999 to December 2003.The average follow up time was 50.6 months.
