The accelerated salt spray test was used to simulate the marine environment, and the effect of salt spray on flexural properties of glass fiber reinforced polyester (GFRP) composites was investigated.Aging behavior after exposure in salt-spray environment were studied by changes in moisture absorption, glass transition temperature (Tg), Barcol hardness, bending properties, in addition with the corrosion depths obtained by metallographic microscope.
