  With the help of Internet,big data and cloud computing technology,the new retail has broken the boundary between traditional retail and online retail.New business opportunities have also appeared by their fusion.Based on 4c theory,this paper performs comparative analysis between the new retail and traditional retail from consumer,cost,convenience,and communication,and puts forward targeted marketing strategies,including accurate personalized marketing,omni-channel marketing,deep experience marketing and social marketing.Through the change of marketing strategy,the new retail brings new profit growth point to traditional retail and network retail,and realizes the benign development of circulation economy.
