In order to investigate the effect of cold-rolling and aging on precipitation and recrystallization behavior of Al-Er-Zr alloy, two thermo-mechanical processes containing peak aging+cold-rolling (A+CR) and cold-rolling+ isochronal aging(CR+A) were studied.The results show that the cold rolling can improve significantly the peak hardness (～7 HV) and annealing after the A+CR process can improve the conductivity (～1％ IACS).
