目的：采用静电纺丝法制备聚丁二酸丁二醇酯[poly(butylene succinate),PBS],聚碳酸亚丙酯(polypropylene carbonate,PPC)生物膜并评价其各项理化性能及体外降解性能.方法：采用静电纺丝法制备PBS/PPC生物膜.SEM观察其表面形态,检测其强度、接触角及体外降解过程中的PH值和失重率.结果：所制备生物膜,SEM可见呈均匀多孔状,孔孔交通,纤维直径约880nm,孔隙率为78.3％.断裂强度平均为2.31 MPa,接触角为87..体外降解第12周时PH值为6.76,失重率为6.04％.讨论：生物膜的强度和孔隙率是其发挥屏障、骨引导作用的关键因素.本研究制备的生物膜,具有良好的强度,能起到一定的空间维持能力,同时还有很高的孔隙率,利于局部血液循环,为骨再生提供营养.
