  Hybridization or allopolyploidization plays a great role in speciation and genome evolution.A Transfer RNA (abbreviated tRNA), typically 73 to 94 nucleotides in length, is indispensable in protein synthesis through transferring an amino acid to the protein synthetic machinery (ribosome).To date, the regularity and function of tRNA genes variation during the process of allopolyploidization had been not understood well.In this study, the method of inter-tDNA corresponding to tRNA amplification polymorphism (ITAP) was used to detect tRNA-based sequence change in the progeny of interspecific hybrid between B.rapa and B.oleracea.
