The traditional mongolian medicine is treasure in the treasure house of Chinese pharmacy,played an indelible role in preventing and treating people of all ethnic groups in China in.With the development of socialist market economy and the reform and opening up process of continuous advance,People of quality standard research progress of Mongolian medicine attention more and more,this is because the clinical medication safety of Mongolian medicine quality will directly influence the Mongolian medicine.But in the process of the development of modern pharmaceutical industry,found no most Mongolian exclusive medicine,Pterocarpus indicus Willd.of traditional Mongolian medicine is one of them.In this paper,through access to CNKI and the levels of quality standard and other documents,for the last 25 years (1986-2013) Pterocarpus indicus Willd.of characteristics and microscopic identification,TLC,physiochemical identification,infrared spectra,ultraviolet spectra were analyzed,expected to provide the basis for quality evaluation of Pterocarpus indicus Willd.to facilitate the modernization of Mongolian medicine industry.
